Paul Coronato
Originally from Long Island, New York, Paulie Coronato moved here in ’93 and attended Jefferson Forest High School. In 2001, shortly after graduating from high school, he decided to pursue a career in barbering. He completed his apprenticeship program through Diamond Cutz Barbershop through an apprenticeship program. Paulie has held a master barber license for the last 24 years. He’s been cutting hair in Lynchburg, Virginia, for the entire time. He’s learned to master all types of hairstyles. In May 2018, Paulie opened up Paulie’s Barbershop. Since then, it has become one of the #1 barbershops in Lynchburg. For Paulie, cutting hair is about more than just a great fade. It’s also about getting to know your clients, understanding them, being personal, building relationships, and being consistent. He loves the job and wouldn’t trade it for the world. “I love the community; most of all, my Barbershop is my family.” Paul also proudly worked for Framatome doing reactor services for the past 6 years and travels during spring and fall seasons.
