Charles Mitchell
Chuck was born and raised in Tappahannock, Virginia. He moved to Richmond and attended Barber School at Richmond Technical Center in 2012. He moved to the area a few years ago, joining the team here at Paulie’s in 2018. Over the last six years, Chuck has dove into mastering his skills.
